Recently, NFL star quarterback Drew Brees made a trip to Paris, France. The New Orleans Saints quarterback was in the City of Lights for a few days, and he made sure to take in all the sights and sounds of the beautiful city.
Brees was accompanied by his wife, Brittany, and their four children. The family enjoyed a variety of activities while in Paris, including visiting the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Louvre Museum. They also took a boat tour of the Seine River and went shopping in the famous Champs-Élysées.
The Brees family also had the chance to meet with French President Emmanuel Macron. The two discussed a variety of topics, including Brees’s commitment to helping those affected by Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Macron was impressed with Brees’s dedication to his hometown and thanked him for his efforts.
During his visit, Brees also took part in a charity event to benefit the United Way of Greater New Orleans. He donated $1 million to the organization, which will be used to help rebuild homes and schools in the area.
Brees’s trip to Paris was a great success and he enjoyed every minute of it. He was able to experience the culture and beauty of the city while also making a difference in the lives of those affected by Hurricane Katrina. It was a trip that he will never forget.
